We offer 24-hour access for active members who’ve been with us for a few months. Once you’ve got the hang of things, you can train on your own schedule—early mornings, late nights, or whenever it works for you. It’s just one more way we support your consistency and independence.
From our annual Memorial Day “Murph” workout to in-house challenges, we love bringing our community together for something extra. Members are also encouraged to participate in local competitions based on their skill and comfort level—it’s a great way to push yourself and have fun doing it.
At 327 Fitness, we offer a variety of group cross-training classes designed to challenge and inspire. Weekdays feature five professionally coached, one-hour classes that follow constantly varied programming, so no two days are the same. Saturdays offer a longer, more laid-back workout—often done with a partner—and are a favorite for community connection. Programming includes the daily WOD (Workout of the Day), along with specialized tracks like NC COMPETE, NC60, NCFLEX, and NCGO, giving members the flexibility to tailor their training to their goals. All workouts are tracked through the Wodify app, making it easy to log results, monitor progress, and stay motivated.
